The Team brings together a wide range of experience from across the events industry. We have recently been involved in the organisation of the following events:
The Tattoo - in Support of Help for Heroes – April 2011
Event Foundation produced The Tattoo in Support of Help for Heroes. The programme included displays by The Band of the Corps of Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Reading Scottish Pipe Band, Army Medical Services Band (V), The Kangaroos Gymnastics & Trampoline Display Team and 1st Military Working Dogs Regiment.
British Military Tournament – December 2010
The Event Foundation Team provided support to ABF The Soldiers’ Charity and IMG for the British Military Tournament at Earls Court. Event Foundation acted as Archive Consultants supporting the Director Christopher Joll. Event Foundation also provided Exhibition Management services as well as recruiting, training and managing a team of Volunteer Stewards.
The Tattoo - in Support of Help for Heroes - March 2010
The Tattoo was the first event of its kind to be staged in support of Help for Heroes. There were two performances in the Main Hall of the Bracknell Leisure Centre on Saturday 6th March 2010. The event raised over £3,000 for Help for Heroes.
RAF Squadronaires & Dame Vera Lynn – October 2009
Event Foundation and the Windsor Festival presented the RAF Squadronaires & Dame Vera Lynn at the Theatre Royal Windsor on Saturday 3rd October 2009. The concert was staged in support of SSAFA – Forces Help.
Royal Artillery Band Concert – September 2008
Event Foundation staged a charity band concert in support of SSAFA – Forces Help. The concert was performed by the Band of the Royal Artillery under the Direction of Major Tim Arnold.
COMMAND100 Dinner – July 2007
The Event Foundation Team worked closely with the three Royal Navy Field Gun Associations on the COMMAND100 project. 350 ex-Field Gunners attended a dinner at the Painted Hall Greenwich to mark the Centenary of the first Inter Command Field Gun Competition at the Royal Naval and Military Tournament in 1907.
